She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Deis and Wilma Deis (Quayle); her husband Jack Heck; her daughter Kathleen Heck; her granddaughter Megan Rae Heck; and her sister Janet Payton.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Heck (Chris) of Canby, OR, Kyle Heck (Angelia) of Marysville, WA, Karl Heck (Paula) of Grand Island, NE., Kirsten Hughes (David) of West Point, NE and Karolyne Heck of Kearney, NE; her cousin Ron Bennett; and her nieces, Patricia Vititoe and Betty Nelson. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Kearney, NE and Mission Central in Mapleton, IA.
