It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Mattox (Kearney, Nebraska), who passed away on February 24, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett and Viola; his siblings, Lyle, Jack, Ruby and Mabel; and his grandson Brandt.

He is survived by: his children, Cheri Minchow (Mark) of South Bend, Brad Mattox (Teri) of Kearney, Rodney Mattox of Rogers, Janell Porter (Tim) of Paola and Carey Mattox (Jodi) of Broken Bow; and also, Ashlyn, Irish, Mack, Ella, Bella, Addison, Wyatt, Charleigh and Rosalyn.
