He is survived by: his children, Steve Lewis (Kay) of Haviland, KS, Dave Lewis (Jackie) of Kearney, Pat Starkey (Gary) of Grand Island and Linda Cohn (Steve) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Christi Lewis (Matt), Jenni Lewis, Lisa Trent (Doug), Heather Long (Brock), Joshua Lewis (Stephanie), Robyn Clevenger (Scott), Blake Pritts (Staci), Adam Pritts (Danielle), Sean Starkey (Sidney), Zachary Lewis (Sadie), Erin Bond (TJ), Shane Cohn (Jessica), Nichole Ulibarri (Chris), Marisa Cohn, Derek Cohn (Denise) and Ashley Durnell (Troy); his sister Sharon Selvage of Lincoln; and his friends, Russell Horst, James Curfman and Danelle "Nelly" Nelson. He is also survived by many extended family and close friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the O'Brien Straatmann Redinger Funeral Homes and Cremations (4115 Avenue N Pl, Kearney, NE 68847). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasanton United Methodist Church (702 Sycamore St, Pleasanton, NE 68866).
