He is survived by: his children, Tim Neal (Kathy) of Fort Collins, CO, Lori Neal of Des Moines, IA and Pam Reinert (Doug); and his sister Arlette Neal of Kearney. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
