He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucien Gauthier and Petrolene Gauthier (Grant); and his siblings, Ernest, Gerald, Leo, Marlin, Rose Mary Switzer and Dorothy Sellman.

He is survived by: his siblings, Francis Gauthier (Shari) of Grand Island, NE and Theresa Olson of Rochester, MN..
