He is survived by: his mother Lucy Schwarz (Netzel); his former wife Naomi Legates; his wife Naomi Schwarz of Kearney; his son Bryan Schwarz of Kearney; his siblings, Teresa Smith (Gary) of Gothenburg, Ron Schwarz of Lexington, Charlie Schwarz (Denise) of Clovis and Troy Schwarz of Gothenburg; and his siblings-in-law, Connie Blackenship (Brian) of Ashland, Bonnie Volker (Bill) of Kearney, Vickie Weber (Jeff) of Alliance, Charles Legates (Glenda) of Kearney and Gary Legates of Kearney. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
