She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Newcomb and Leta Newcomb (Crawford); her husband Charles Hunnel; her daughter Mary Jo Oman; her brothers, Warren Newcomb (Mary Alice) and Ward Newcomb (Juanita); and her granddaughter Carrie Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Crumly (Art), Wayne Hunnel and Ward Hunnel; her grandchildren, Mark Oman (Sharin), Mickey Oman (Tracy), Kim Caves (Kerby), Matt and Darren; her great grandchildren, Nick, Jessica, Joey, Liam, Matthew and Kynlee; and her close friend Maxine Hunnel.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Horner Lieske McBride & Kuhl Funeral and Cremation Services (2421 Avenue A, Kearney, NE 68847). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Paxton Cemetery.
