He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymen G. Trew and Anna F. Trew (Fortick); his wife Ivene Trew; his siblings, Lucille Knox, Helen Trompke, Everett Trew and Harold Trew; his granddaughter Markie Marie Ostrander; and his grandson-in-law David McKeever.
He is survived by: his children, Lyle Trew of Buffalo, WY, Don (Cheryl Trew) and Joan Trew of Kearney; his brother Lloyd (Marge Trew); his grandchildren, Tracy, Lanny Hensley of Thompson Falls, MT, Amber Trew of Buffalo, WY, Niki McKeever of Kearney, Mandy Trew of Kearney, Joseph, Nicole Ostrander of Omaha, NE, Adam Ostrander of Kearney, Mathew and Michele Trew of Kearney; and his great grandchildren, Tayla Trew, John Hensley, Dakota Lynn Hensley, Dylan McKeever, Gavin Toms, Callie Toms, Jaelyn Trew, Brynlee Trew, Oliver Trew, Diego Trew, Matthew Trew and Jack Trew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Nebraska Game and Parks.
