She is survived by: her granddaughter Jessica; her children, James Babcock and Jessica Babcock; her parents, Dennis Stark and Brenda Stark; her grandmother Dorothy Dorau; her brothers, Joe Stark (Shelly) and Guy Stark (Stacey); her nieces and nephews, Mae, Mark, JoAnna, Anthony, Hugo, Jillian and Isaac; her mother-in-law Pat Babcock; her brothers, Gene (Kristy Babcock) and Rob (Beth Schlichtman); and her niece Maggie Schlichtman.
As someone who always put others before herself, Tara enjoyed attending her children's school and sporting activities and serving on the Adams Central Foundation Board.
