She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil "Jack" Consbruck and Verna Consbruck (Schmitz). She is survived by: her husband Merle Hoffman; her children, Greg Hoffman, Lori Happer (Scott), Mark Hoffman (Kathy), Todd Hoffman (Lisa), Jodi Adler (Mark), Tonya Ingalls (Mark), Tricia Hughes (Ryan) and Troy Hoffman (Chassey); her grandchildren, Justin Hoffman, Jordan Hoffman (Cassie), Connor Happer (Jackie), Amanda Happer, Alexa Clark (Craig), Brady Hoffman (Alycea), Caden Hoffman (Destiny), Isabella Hughes, Madelyn Hughes, Taylen Hoffman and Blayne Hoffman; her great grandchildren, Colbie Clark, Asher Clark, Hendrix Hoffman, Lynix Hoffman, Hadley Hoffman, Millie Hoffman and Brooks Hoffman; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Hoffman.
