He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert R. Brown and Myrtle A. Brown (Barton); and his siblings, Joyce Brown and Darrell Brown. He is survived by: his wife Beverly "Kay" Scaggs of Juniata; his sons, L. Don II Brown (Mary) of Hastings, Michael R. Brown (Dara) of Hastings, David A. Brown (Theresa) of Houston, TX and Steven Brown (Tracy) of Lincoln; and his brother Roger Brown of Lawton, OK.. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 7 greatgrandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the family to establish at a later date.
