He was predeceased by: his father George Cleveland; his stepfather Gene Hooks; his sister Charlotte Seaman; and his father-in-law Delvin Brown. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his children, Randall Cleveland, Justin (Ashley Cleveland), Keith (Michelle Cleveland), Luke (Daphne Cleveland), Teresa Uden (Scott) and Kacy Noyd (DaVerne); his mother Mildred Pauline Hooks; his sisters, Barbara Howell and Donna Schwartz (Melvin); and his mother-in-law Judy Brown.
