He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Powell and Audrey Powell (Roberts); his brothers, Dale and Merle Powell; his sisters-in-law, Charlotte, June and Sharon Powell; and his daughter Sandy Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Powell; his children, Spouse, Dennis, Mary Powell, Kenesaw and Teresa Powell; his grandchildren, Jess, Rob Perkins, Chris, Sami Powell (Kenesaw), Jennifer Ernst (Hastings), Julie Ernst (Lincoln) and Tiffany Mechem; and his siblings, Spouse, Lee Powell, Jack and Jean Powell.
Memorials may be given to Faith Lutheran Youth Program.
