She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ora Boellstorff and Mildred Boellstorff; her spouse Nevin Herbert Meixsell; her pet Bunzie; her brothers, Robert (Delores Boellstorff) and Mark (Kathy Boellstorff); her sisters-in-law, Shirley Petkus (Bud) of Brodheadsville, PA and Melody Torres (Ruben) of Nazareth, PA; and also Koi. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorials are suggested in lieu of flowers to National Safe Place Network or Charter Oak Christian Church.
