She was predeceased by: her parents, Lavern Trout and Vetra Trout (Gariss); her brother Howard; her husband Kenneth Rees; and her brother Norman Trout.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Lee, Deb Andrew (Gale) of Beatrice, Dianne Lahman (Lennie) of York and Dawn Connelly of Lincoln; her grandchildren, Tyson Andrew (Rachel) of Lincoln, Rees Lahman (Stacy) of Wichita, KS, Danielle Pinckney (Zach) of Valentine, Joshua Connelly (Kay) of Houston, TX and Letti Haneline (Bob) of Nebraska City; her great grandchildren, Alexia, Tony Andrew, Elliott, Parker Lahman, Gracie, Robert, Kyle Ann, Josie Pinckney, Hazel Connelly, Gracelynn, Felicity, Zane and Callum Haneline; her siblings, Erma Smith of Bellevue and Donovan Trout (Carol) of Beatrice; her sisters-in-law, Elaine Rees of Lincoln and Bonnie Trout of Wymore; and also, Ernie and Inez Rees. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A memorial has been established to the Mission Creek Cemetery.
