He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Armknecht of Johnson; his children, Terri Bishop (Mitch) of Auburn, Chris Armknecht of Johnson and Samantha Root (Travis) of Dakota Dunes, SD; his grandchildren, Jarred Stutheit (Shanda) of Johnson, Kylie Stutheit of Lincoln, Isabell Bishop of Auburn, Sage Armknecht of Johnson and Landry Root of Dakota Dunes; his great grandchildren, Oaklynn and Emery Stutheit of Johnson; his brothers, Daryl Armknecht (Sue) of Tecumseh, Fred Armknecht (Pam) of Johnson and Gary Armknecht (Martha) of Russellville, AR; and his father-in-law Bud Feichtinger of Seneca, KS. He is also survived by several nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
