He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Wilken and Gretje Wilken (DeJonge); and his sister Adella. He is survived by: his wife Carol Wilken; his children, Robert Wilken (GeorgeAnn), Mark Wilken and Deborah Wilken of Kearney; his grandchildren, William (Nicole), Daniel, Jamie, Jessica (Lance) and Christina; his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Jonah, Lillia, Logan, Annabelle, Oliver and Vyktor; and his siblings, Roy Wilken of Upland, Neb and Karen Anderson (Winston) of Bennington, Neb.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Lexington Ministerial Association or Lutheran World Relief.
