Carol Jean Helvey Obituary
With solemn reverence, we commemorate Carol Jean Helvey of Johnson Lake, Nebraska, whose life came to an end on November 14, 2024 at the age of 76, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris White and Anita White (Cordes); her husband Richard Helvey (Dick) of Lexington; her parents-in-law, Wilbur and Adelaide Helvey (Naviaux); her brother Don White; her brothers-in-law, Al Helvey and Con Ogden; and her nephew Brett Ogden.
She is survived by: her children, Dori Moomey (Travis) of Kearney, Nebraska, Dr. Jason Helvey (Sarah) of Omaha, Nebraska and Carmen Pleskac (Steven) of Fremont, Nebraska.; her grandchildren, Hallett Moomey (Sophie Moomey), Phillip Moomey, Jillian Moomey, Camille Moomey, Marigold Helvey, Marley Helvey, Wesley Pleskac, Lucia Pleskac, Jaxon Pleskac, Derek Pleskac and Rosalie Pleskac; her sisters-in-law, Judy White, Marjorie Ogden and Cele Helvey; her niece Laura Mack; and also, Mary Helena Naviaux and Keith White. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Ann's Catholic Church. A rosary will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
