She was predeceased by: her grandmother Sharol Jean Slama (Lewis); her parents, Melvin Samp and Darlene Samp (Roblee); her former husband Daryl Lewis; and her children, Troy Lewis (George Slama) and Jodi Naykki (Lewis).
She is survived by: her husband George Slama; her brother Daryl Samp (Judy); her son Lynn Lewis (Cheri); and her grandchildren, Gabriella, AnaLeise, David Lewis, Celeste Stranberg (Lewis), Andrew and Dylan Lewis.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Believe Assembly of God (500 Broad St, Jansen, NE 68377).
