He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Heidemann and Eunice Heidemann (Churnside); his parents-in-law, Harold and Leola Schroeder (Haecker); his siblings, Orlynn Heidemann, Eloyde Mueller (Maurice), Loretta Ruhnke, Lee Heidemann, Joan Heidemann and Douglas Heidemann; his brothers-in-law, Jack Nider and Duane Schroeder (Lois); his nieces, Theresa Heidemann and Jodee McBride; and his nephew Darin Heidemann.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Schroeder of Jansen; his children, Todd Heidemann (Barb Worster), Michelle Shepard (Scott) of Sanger and Wade Heidemann (Lorie) of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Taylor Shepard (Jacob Mendoza) of San Antonio, Zach Shepard of Manhattan, Skylar, Samantha and Trevor Heidemann of Plymouth; his siblings, Kathleen Nider of Lincoln, Howard Heidemann (Linda) of Port Huron and Robert Heidemann (Nancy) of Plymouth; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Heidemann of Jansen and JoAnn Heidemann of Elkhorn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association and the family's choice in care of the mortuary.
