He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Bobbie Borchers (Rob), Sheila Herfel (Jeff), Lisa Elsten (Chris), Mike Pendergast (Molly) and Jolene Sanne (Tyler); his brother Lyle Pendergast (Peggy); and his grandchildren, Brittany Yardley (Michael), Brandon, Alex Borchers, Ashley Jensen (Noah), Justin, Jamie, Kayla Herfel, Tyler Elsten (Liz), Michael Elsten (Ashley), Andrew, Matthew Elsten, Kaleb, Kamden Pendergast and Hannah Sanne. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
