He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram T. Musgrave and Bernadine Musgrave (Malleck); his brother Gary (Jo); his son David Roger; and his granddaughter Paige Elise.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Brooks of Indianola; his daughters, Diane (Andy) and Linda (Gregg); his grandchildren, Max (Danielle), Jordan (Nick), Sam (Ashleigh), JB (Kristi) and Cole; and his great grandchildren, Tate, Ella, Hudson, Cooper and Noree. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cheyenne Village, Colorado Springs which holds a special place in our hearts with their dedicated care of David during his later years.
