He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark R. Stringer and Margaret Stringer (Price); his wife Verlene Burwell; and his sister Marlynn McDonald. He is survived by: his son Darin Stringer (Dennis Peters) of Alexandria, Virginia; and his brother Mark T. Stringer (Barbara). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
