He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Odell McGarr and Stella May McRary McGarr; and his brothers, Harold Wayne McGarr and Gene Odell McGarr. He is survived by: his wife Tonda Mann (Claney); his daughters, Elizabeth Ann Leach (Craig) of Atlanta, Georgia and Angela Almand (Terry) of Statesville; his grandchildren, Brian Fair, Stephanie Fair, Clay Almand and Brandon Almand; and his stepson Russell Mann.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Liewer Funeral Home (841 Court St, Imperial, NE 69033). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025.
