He was predeceased by: his parents, James Welsh and Maude Welsh; his wife Jeanie; his siblings, Dean and Roberta Frosh; his stepsisters, Carol Borowski and Verna Mae Muhr; his great grandchild Darlynn Kemling; and his son-in-law Pat Fought.
He is survived by: his sister Marlene Hinkle (Dwaine) of Sun Lakes, Arizona.; and his daughter Elizabeth Bayless (Dan) of Bridgeport, Nebraska.. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 33 Great-grandchildren and 7 great-great- grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
