He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlene Bissell (Rollins) and Glenn L. Bissell. He is survived by: his brother Gary Bissell (Kathy); and his nieces, Jodi Elsea (Mark) and Jana Kiever (Dave). He is also survived by 4 great-nephews, 1 great-niece, and one 1 great-great niece.
