He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis M. Neeley and Thelma R. Neeley (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Wilson; his sons, Kirk Neeley (Julie) of Humphrey, NE and Kevin Neeley (Lori) of Eureka Springs, AR; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Kayla and Austin.
