We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2021, at the age of 77, Ronald Rist of Humboldt, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Rist and Marjorie Rist (Baker); his parents-in-law, Alma and Leo Bucher; and his stepson Russell Usher.
He is survived by: his wife Sherryn Rist of Humboldt; his daughters, Ronda Vaughan (Justin) of Bennet, NE and Rebecca Stanley (Adam) of Stella, NE; his stepsons, Rex Usher (Kathy) of Wilson, KS and Mark Usher (Connie) of Auburn; his grandchildren, Connor, Sophia Vaughan of Bennet, Blaine, Haley and Brock Stanley of Stella; and his siblings, Sharon Stalder of Syracuse, John Rist (Loretta) of Humboldt and Richard Rist (Mary) of Middleton, WI.. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, step great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, in-laws and other relatives.
Family will greet friends from 6-8 p. m. at the mortuary with masks and social distancing required for those attending.
Memorials contributions may go to the family's choice with a later designation.
