He was predeceased by: his parents, Verle "Sandy" McNealy and Helen McNealy (Kerns); his daughter Lisa Jo Schaardt; his stepfather Elza Pohlman; and his brother Bill Pohlman.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Kanel of Humboldt, NE; his sons, David McNealy (Vicky) of Humboldt, NE and Jim McNealy (Candie) of Humboldt, NE; his son-in-law Steve Schaardt of Table Rock, NE; his grandchildren, Craig Schmit (Ali) of Humboldt, NE, Jacob McNealy of Lincoln, NE, Casey McNealy of Lewiston, NE, Hank Schaardt of Steinauer, NE, Peyton Schaardt of Humboldt, NE, Jayden McNealy of Lincoln, NE and Jaylie McNealy of Humboldt, NE; his great grandchildren, Haley and Taya Schmit of Humboldt, NE; and his siblings, Kim Sosin of Omaha, NE and Michael McNealy of Bellevue, NE. He is also survived by many other relatives and numerous friends.
