She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Holoubek and Frances Holoubek (Pinker); her husband Rynold J. Kalisek; her son Rod; and her brother Richard Holoubek.
She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Kalisek (Joyce), Mike Kalisek and Ken Kalisek; and her brother William Holoubek. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Family suggests memorials to the Howells Community Catholic Schools, Howells Community Fund, or per donor's request.
