He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Prusa and Josephine Prusa (Hampl); his grandparents, Anton, Mary Prusa (Janda), Frank and Barbora Hampl (Papousek); his uncle Lumir Hampl; and his sisters, Leona Prusa and Gladys Krula (William). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
