She is survived by: her husband Dave Eurek; her siblings, Larry Gall and Phyllis Bergland (Rich); her sons, Dale (Tonya) and Patrick; her grandchildren, Dillon (Maddie), Connor (Alex), Daila and Jameson Eurek; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Brooks, Cam and Crew Eurek.
The family suggests that memorials be directed to Howells Fire and Rescue or to the family for future designation in Janet's name.
