She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bos and Emma Bos (Hamsa). She is survived by: her husband Leonard Prusa; her children, Tom Prusa (Lynn) of Lincoln, NE, Paul Prusa (Kim) of Omaha, NE, David Prusa (Lorraine) of Firth, NE, Jim Prusa (Marla) of Howells, NE, Peg Ogea-Ginsburg of Lincoln, NE, Philip Prusa of Lincoln, NE, Mark Prusa (Mary) of Howells, NE, Marybeth Helmink (Kirk) of Hickman, NE and Michael Prusa (Joannie) of Indianapolis, IN; and her brother Wayne Bos (Rosemary). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren 9 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family will make a donation to a local charity.
