She was predeceased by: her husbands, Leonard Dostal and Ed Dvorak; her parents, John Mendlik and Paulina Mendlik; and her siblings, Frank, John, Adolph, Joe, Leonard, Marie Mestl and Theresa Balak. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
