He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Erb and Agnes Erb (Risinger); his daughter LuAnn (Karl Eddy); his parents-in-law, Oliver and Esther Dempster; his grandson Eric Erb; and his sisters-in-law, Neva Pearson and Lois Dempster.
He is survived by: his brothers, Arvid and Terry; his wife Shirley Erb (Dempster); his grandsons, Todd and Jeffrey; and his children, Lorinda Erb (Sandy), Todd Erb (Leah) and Jeff Erb (Nancy). He is also survived by twenty-four great grandchildren.
