She was predeceased by: her parents, James Moore and Vivian Moore (Nantkes); and her husband Lary Kment. She is survived by: her sons, Jay Kment (Susan) of Schuyler and Jeff Kment (Penny) of Blair; her brother Keith Moore of Schuyler; her grandchildren, Jess Kment (Beka) of Fontanelle, Jake Kment (Bethany) of Milford, Madison Kment of Blair and Molly Kment of Omaha; and her great grandchildren, Ryker, Bridger, Colter, Paisyn, Callum and Delilah.

“I have such fond memories of Sheryl. For many summers when I was a child, I spent a couple of weeks with my Great Aunt Vivian in Schuyler. Sheryl was a teenager during those summers and was like a big sister to me. Always busy organizing/teaching some sort of class i.e., baton twirling, dance, arts/crafts and she always included me. She even let me tag along with her when she went to "hangout" with her friends at the ice cream drive-in. She was a kind, dear person who I am glad to have known!”
