He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Nuzum and Luella Nuzum; his wife Janice Petersen; and his siblings, Arnold, Joe, Wally, Rachel Mahoney, Doris DeConnick, Ramona Hoffschneider and Rosetta Aten.
He is survived by: his former wife Betty Lorraine Andersen; his children, Vicki of Houston, TX, Cindy Gustafson (Del) of Waukee, IA and Rodney (Monique) of Vancouver, WA; his stepchildren, Bradley Petersen (MaryAnn) of Herman, Barry Petersen of Uehling and Brenda Wheeler (Gary) of Hooper; and his siblings, William Nuzum (Bonnie) of Council Bluffs, Larry Nuzum (Velma) of Council Bluffs and Kay Gibson (Tom) of Chipley Florida. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
