Harlan R. Schrieber Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harlan R. Schrieber of Hooper, Nebraska, who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Wilda; his siblings, Nondyce Young (Bill) and Jack; his sister-in-law Teri; and his daughter Mindy.
He is survived by: his wife Roma; his children, Mark (Jody) of Lincoln, Mia of Omaha, Megan Beard (Brad) of Elkhorn, Marisa (Kevin Tomich) of Woodridge and Ada Samuelson (Jake) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Sam, Beau, Max Beard of Elkhorn, Eva, Ian Schrieber of Lincoln and Samuelson of Lincoln; and his sister Julie Mills (Mike) of Minneapolis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the Schrieber family welcomes donations towards a future memorial at Logan View Public Schools, honoring Harlan's love and dedication to his students and his community.
