We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2023, at the age of 88, Evelyn Mae Schlueter of Hooper, Nebraska, born in Stuart, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Weichman and Bessie Weichman (Skrdla); her former husband Marvin Johnson (Red); her husband Patrick Schlueter of Hooper, NE.; her son Rod; her daughter-in-law Amy Johnson; and her grandchildren, Allysa, Sheldon, Mariah Johnson and Seth Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Neal Johnson (Carol) of Hooper, NE, Sandra Hanson (Jeff) of Cedar Bluffs, NE, Gary Johnson (Lesa) of Lincoln, NE, Terry Johnson (Lori) of Ashland, NE and Janet Hula (Kevin) of Fremont, NE; her stepchildren, David Schlueter of Alamo, TX and Peggy Krause (Larry) of Wood River, NE; and her siblings, Donald Weichman (Donna) of Fremont, NE and Kay Wayland (Al) of Burley. She is also survived by 42 grandchildren, great grandchildren and step grandchildren.
