He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor Thomsen and Lois 'Bender' Thomsen; his wife Beverly of Hooper; his daughter Martha Bang of Fremont Melinda; his grandchildren, Jack, Olivia Bang, Easton, Sam, Ellie, Evan Bentjen, Hudson and Liam Sagehorn; his brother Ron Thomsen (Bonita) of Lincoln; his mother-in-law Vernelle Werblow of Fremont; and his sister-in-law Shyrl Nelson of Omaha.
