He is survived by: his brothers, Linn Culley (Barb) of Raleigh and Mark Culley (Deb) of Kansas City; his nephew Chris Culley (Joni) of Winston-Salem; his great-nephew Emerson; his great-nieces, Olivia and Katie Jane; his nephew Adam Culley (Emily) of Raleigh; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Avery and Ashlyn; his nephew Brad Culley (Linda) of Roseville; and his great-nephews, Josiah, Noah and Elijah.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered to Hospice of Siouxland.
