It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Leroy Jacobsen of Homer, Nebraska, who passed away on April 30, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Grace Jacobsen (Miller); his brothers, Jack, Larry and Gerald Jacobsen; his parents-in-law, Lyle and Eleanor Young; and his siblings-in-law, Fay Whitla, Darrell, Tom Young, Donna Young and Linda Roschewski.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Jacobsen of Homer; his daughter Jill Colerick (Rob) of Alta; his grandchildren, Sam and Hannah Colerick of Alta; his sister Lillian Whitla of Lincoln; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Jacobsen of Omaha, Bea Young of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Gerald Roschewski of Fremont. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
