She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldred Smith and Myrtle Smith (Herfel); and her husband Merlin Chambers. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Chambers (Debbie) and Leigh Anne Chambers (Robin Bates); and her grandsons, Justen R. Chambers and Ryan J. Chambers. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
