It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dwayne Riese of Holstein, Nebraska, born in Minden, Nebraska, who passed away on December 26, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Dwayne may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dwayne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his sisters, Karen Eckhardt (Larry) of Holstein, NE and Shirley Mahlin (Ken) of Grand Island, NE. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Saint Pauls Lutheran Cemetery (18260 W Sundown Rd, Holstein, NE 68950).
