He is survived by: his former wife Margaret Hansen; his wife Marge Whitehead of Holmesville; his children, Rodney Whitehead (Becky) of Beatrice and Crystal Haecker (Kolin) of Davenport; his grandchildren, Karlee Haecker, Haylee Haecker, Rylee Haecker, Brandy Block (Justin) and Stevie Harker; his great grandchildren, Bostin, Ellis Block, Lincoln and Sybelle Harker; and his siblings, Charles Whitehead (Janet) of Beatrice, Marvin "Doc" Whitehead of Holmesville, Steven Whitehead (Janelle) of Holmesville, Vicki Roeber (Gene) of Beatrice and Kris Wilcox (Todd) of Barneston.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to AseraCare Hospice.
