She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Murphy and Ethel Murphy (Maret); her husband Robert Raymond "Bob" Johnson of Atlanta, NE; her daughter Jean Osborn; her close friend Jerry Meier; her siblings, Virginia Harms (Alvin "Tony"), Jeanne Johnson (Dean), Don Murphy and Richard "Dick" Murphy; and her brothers-in-law, Kenneth Johnson (Sally), George Johnson (Bonnie), James Johnson (Elinor), Charles Johnson (Cheera), Richard Johnson and Norman Burman.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Reiter (Dennis) of Elm Creek, Nebraska, Mary Milander (David Thompson) of Saint John, NB, Raul Johnson of Kearney and Steve Johnson of Elm Creek; her son-in-law Dale Osborn of Chanhassen, Minnesota; her siblings, Merle Murphy (Janet) of Beatrice, Nebraska and Marcia Burman of Sumner, Nebraska; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Johnson of Holdrege, Kathleen Murphy of Albuquerque and Dee Holm of Greeley, Colorado. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 33 great-grandchildren.
