Ronald Dale Ronhovde Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Dale Ronhovde of Holdrege, Nebraska, who passed away on February 1, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Ronhovde and Mary Ronhovde (Williams); his in-laws, Russell and Lorraine Enquist; his siblings-in-law, Gayla Enquist, Les Corr and Geoff Schneider; and his nephews, Nathan Morrow and Brian Corr.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Enquist of Holdrege; his children, Carrie Veal (Todd) of Holdrege and Kirk (Jodi) of Holdrege; his grandchildren, Lindsay, Zane Veal of Holdrege, Kooper and Penelope Ronhovde of Holdrege; his siblings, Bev Mach (Don), Jerry Ronhovde (Jean), Marcia Corr, Jack Ronhovde (Janet), Jeanette Schneider, Jim Ronhovde (Grace), Tom Ronhovde (Sue) and Rick Ronhovde (Lois); and his siblings-in-law, Arlan Enquist of Holdrege and Janice Morrow (Dave) of Hastings, Nebraska. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bethel Lutheran Church (704 West Ave, Holdrege, NE 68949). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial has been established in Ron's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for a later designation.
