He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Debban and Hattie Debban (Koitsch); his daughter Michelle; his brothers, Richard Debban, Larry Debban, Dale Debban and Roger Debban; and also, Fern Schultz, Berniece Fleischer, Norma Thinnes and Inez Lierman.
He is survived by: his wife Meridee Debban of Holdrege; his children, Lianne Umbenhower (Earl) of Torrington, Wyoming, Loren Debban (Lisa) of Elkhorn, Nebraska and Shari Rogers (J. Lance) of Lincoln, Nebraska; his grandchild Christian Debban (Alyssa); his great grandchild Holden Debban of Carroll, Iowa; his grandchildren, Chase Weidner of Naperville, Illinois, Seren Umbenhower of Fort Meyers, Florida, Conner Debban of Savage, Minnesota, Jessica Rogers of Omaha, Nebraska, McKade Umbenhower of Albuquerque, Caelan Debban of Norfolk, Nebraska, Jarred Rogers of Lincoln and Caleb Aversman of Elkhorn; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Manning (Don) of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Gwendolyn Debban of Omaha, Nebraska. He is also survived by extended family members, and many friends.
A memorial has been established in Randall's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
