He is survived by: his wife Patricia Nelson of Holdrege; his children, Zach Nelson (Wendi) of Omaha, Josh Nelson of Hastings, Beth Pouk (Denny) of Loomis, Andrew Nelson (Cassie) of Omaha and Erin Latter of Overland Park, Kansas; his grandchildren, Sebastian, Simon and Sawyer Nelson; his children, Elijah, Georgia, Hezekiah, Lydia, Zela, Naomi and Quinn Nelson; his siblings, Lynn Nelson (Linda) of Minden and Mary Carlson of Lincoln; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Nelson of Holdrege, Deb Hinze (Doug) of Axtell and Donna Simon (Doug) of Omaha.
