He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Poling and Iva Poling (Jurey); his in-laws, Lawrence and Myrtle Bowyer; his siblings, Myrna Poling, Clinton Poling and Carolyn Zimmerman; and his nephew Brian Loughry.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Poling of Holdrege; his children, Jeffrey Poling of Holdrege and Ginger Linder (Scott) of Holdrege; his grandson Mitchell Linder (Stephanie Burch) of Hastings, Nebraska; and his sister-in-law Roseann Bowyer Van Stell of North Platte, Nebraska. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the New Life Church (110 14th Ave, Holdrege, NE 68949).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Ivan's honor are suggested to the family for later designation.
